I'm not a big&amp;nbsp;fan of pears but i absolutely loved this tart!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The recipe calls for&amp;nbsp;a 9-inch tart dish.&amp;nbsp;I used an 11-inch tart dish&amp;nbsp;and had more than enough&amp;nbsp;pears and filling.&amp;nbsp;
